To speedrun? It varies from year to year.
Facility Agent, Train Agent, Frigate 00 Agent, Silo Agent, and Surface 1 Secret Agent.
To play casually? All of them are pretty good to explore.

In no order,

Facility Agent 0:42 — in addition to requiring high skill, consistency, good guard judgement, and dealing with random lag in the labs, the journey of ekeing out all the frames to make this record just barely viable is worth telling in a story of its own someday

Bunker 1 Secret Agent 0:19 — this one showcases my precise aiming ability with the 4x PP7 camera shots; great endscreen and it always felt cool when I realized I could break my own 0:20 and then manifested it, something I never foresaw even with a new trick

Train Agent 0:55 — it is a fantastically satisfying skill to slice through as many guards at the start with the Watch Laser to reduce the lag later on in the level; then the extreme focus needed to clutch out every lock on the laser grid in order under the intense music makes the "this run could be it" feeling after leaving the Train so exciting and suspenseful unlike any other in the game. This level also greatly tests your mental patience and stamina, since it can feel like the universe is conspiring against you when you have so much random bullshit happen "for no reason" well into a grind, cooking your hands along the way you do long sessions, making the post-run gratification feels a lot stronger.

Control 00 Agent 4:02 — underrated how much mental stamina this level requires since you need to keep track of the number of Natalya hits, guard cycles during the protect, the timer to time the exit, your predictably low health, and skillful guard evasion at the end when you're down to your last hit. Was also cool to see the live reaction to this record in the Project 2020 unhoard. 4:01 someday though!

Frigate Secret Agent 0:57 — clean run with incredible headshots and clean strafing technique throughout... as a bonus it's nice "revenge" against Luke P, who killed my Frigate 0:59 with his (at the time) controversial 0:58!

To speedrun? Like GoldenEye, my favourites vary from year to year, with the ever-evolving strategies that completely change how levels are played. At present, probably Villa and G5.
To play casually? All of them are great since there's so much more to discover here compared to GoldenEye.

In no order,

G5 Perfect Agent 0:45 — clean run on a high skill level

Extraction Agent 0:47 — clean run that I caked, it was cool to discover the instant warp trick to eke out a tenth or two to make this time more doable, great decimal too

honorable mention to Pelagic II Special Agent 1:34 — probably my favourite level across both games until I killed the level with an out-of-bounds technique in early 2025, something I had predicted as far back as 2022.

If or when I feel like it. Time and attention is too short to do everything you want these days, and the motivation to get times and and post-excitement isn't as strong as it used to be from 2007-2020.
